Complaint procedure of Aristo Pharma GmbH

Learn what you can report, how your information is protected, and how the process works.

Welcome

For the Aristo Pharma Group, adherence to and promotion of human rights and internationally recognized environmental standards are of the highest priority. We are therefore taking group-wide measures aimed at identifying, avoiding, and minimizing human rights and environmental risks in our own business areas and in our supply chains.

A core element of these due diligence obligations for us is effective channels for reporting human rights and environmental risks or corresponding suspicions.

We explicitly encourage employees and external parties to report to us in cases of suspected human rights and environmental risks or breaches of duty. With a complaint under the LkSG (German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act), suspicions of potential human rights or environmental risks or breaches of duty, such as

  • Forced labor,

  • Child labor,

  • Discrimination, or

  • Harmful contamination of soils, waters, and air, as well as harmful noise emissions and excessive water consumption,

that are related to the Aristo Pharma Group, its supply chains, or its employees, can be reported.

Your privacy is protected
